Quantifying the Impact of RDE Testing for the State of Arizona

This research is helping to facilitate a realistic pathway to meet a unique local need by first understanding testing methodologies that are currently being employed in the European Union and the private sector. By first estimating how diesel vehicles are in use on Arizona roads and from there extrapolating impact using a model vehicle similar to those used in the EU’s PEMS compliant Vehicles.
