CoP Fleet Performance and Environmental Impact Evaluation

As the technology of Electric Vehicles (EVs) improves, city governments are becoming interested in updating their current fleet vehicles to reduce the environmental footprint. The objective of this research is to work with the City of Phoenix to propose replacement vehicles for their current city fleet. The decisions of various vehicle replacement recommendations will be determined based on an analysis of the current vehicles’ demands, including but not limited to, distance traveled, route frequency, load and passenger requirements, and speed requirements.
